Friday Favorites

This weeks Friday favorite is amazing! Jayne Norvelle is not only a self taught Silversmith, her sister is named Lizzy...so we have a real life pair of Lizzy & Ja(y)nes! How awesome are her parents!!!!

Anyway more about Jayne and her shop Jnorvelle... her amazing creations are made from recycled sterling silver, copper and beautiful stones collected from her jaunts down to the beach near her home in Oregon. Her work isn't just slapping a pendant on a chain, each piece is a hand-forged masterpiece! Check out my favorite:

I just love the soft green-blue color and the delicate scalloped bezel and ruffled edge! Not only is it a great statement ring, it comes in a beautiful box handmade from reclaimed alder by her Hubby. What a talented pair! Her shop is filled with all sorts of wonderful organic shapes & designs...bangles, earrings, necklaces, charms! So take a moment out of you day and wander over to her Etsy shop to admire all the handcrafted bliss!

Lizzy or Jane: Facebook Fun

We've started a new Lizzy and Janes tradition on Facebook and we are calling it: Lizzy or Jane?

The concept is easy... guess which Lizzy and Janes creative genius made the item. Your chances are great; fifty-fifty. And all you have to do is leave a comment telling us who you think made the item.
The game will run Monday through Friday of each week and the winner/prize will be announced each Saturday.

Be the first to correctly guess the creative genius and you are the grand prize winner for the week. Prizes will come from our favorite Etsy shops (which would of course include our own Etsy shop too!). Guess correctly anytime throughout the week and get a coupon code good for the month. Guess incorrectly and try again the next week!

Friday Favorites

Hi there, I just wanted to share with you one of my favorite Tophatter purchases:

This beautiful necklace is from Jessy Cats Mom. She uses real vintage maps to make her beautiful necklaces. This was listed with an organza ribbon necklace but she upgraded me to this beautiful chain for free even though I had already got an excellent price! This has become an instant favorite, now I have a gorgeous keepsake necklace that reminds me of my wonderful memories of Berlin.
